I really like the cover however it arrived with a deep scratch on the back. I tried to go through the Verizon app but after spending 10 minutes it said not available try later. Unfortunately I had to protect the phone so I’m living with a $59 cover with a factory defect

Unfortunately I returned this case due to its terrible design for the iPhone 16. Within a week I have a crack in my screen protector where the cutout is in the case completely exposing the iPhone edge.

I could have sworn this was a translucent case, but it isn't. So, not exactly the design I was looking for, but the case seems to be sturdy, so it's doing its most important job.

I love the symmetry case, I have had many however I am very disappointed in my colour choice this time. I have had the light pink case for about a month and it looks terribly dirty! The edges stain easily and it already looks old and worn.
